Do you make templates for models that aren't listed?

Yes, only a portion of our templates are listed in our store. If you don't find what you need please contact us, we probably have it.

Do you make custom templates? Is there an additional cost?

Yes, we can modify an existing template or create one from scratch. A hand-drawn sketch, photos, or a description is enough. We draw the template and send you an image before cutting it so you can give us your approval. These projects have an additional cost for the time required to develop the file.

What are the payment methods?

PayPal is the available payment for the moment.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be displayed based on the total purchase and location, at checkout, prior to purchase. There are several options so you can choose the one that best suits you.

Are orders shipped the same day?

Generally, no. We don't have permanent stock of all products, although we do have the materials to manufacture them, so they are produced as ordered. This may cause a delay of a few days in dispatch.

How are shipments made?

Shipments are made via DHL, UPS or FEDEX.

Where can I receive my order?

We ship nationwide and to most parts of the world.

What should I do if shipping to my country isn't listed?

Please contact us, we can add your country to our shipping list 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected. You will get an email with the guide number to keep track of your purchase.

What is the deadline for an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
